Isis make new gains

All morning convoys of Shia fighters have been travelling to Samarra to battle Isis militants, Martin Chulov reports from Baghdad. They have been sent to defend two Shia shrines surrounded by Sunni insurgents, he said in a phone update from the Iraqi capital.
