Job Opportunity: IT Support Officer
Location: Kabirwala | Salary: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 70,000/month | Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support and manage daily IT events.

Ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement with site users.

Keep Service Desk and IT teams informed of service disruptions and major incidents.

Qualifications
BCS with 3+ years of relevant technical support experience.

Certifications like CCNA or MCSE are a plus.

Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
