Ltd. is seeking motivated and results-driven Collection Officers / Recovery Officers to join our team for a leading client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts and ensuring timely recovery through effective follow-ups, client visits, and negotiations. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits to collect overdue payments. Negotiate and arrange feasible payment plans in line with company policies. Maintain up-to-date records of all recovery efforts and payment statuses. Conduct regular field visits in assigned areas to pursue collections. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding outstanding dues. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes and reconcile accounts. Ensure all recovery activities are compliant with legal standards and company policies. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) Experience: 1–2 years in a collection or recovery-related role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of local areas mentioned above will be an advantage Willingness to travel for field visits
