Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven professional to support Plant Processes through effective analysis, insightful reporting, and adherence to Nestlé costing standards and compliance frameworks. This role plays a key part in identifying opportunities for cost optimization via the Focus Improvement Pillar, while enhancing financial transparency and operational efficiency. ???? Key Responsibilities • Lead the Standard Cost Budget process in alignment with the relevant Business Unit Controller. • Drive the Dynamic Forecast in collaboration with Finance and Plant operations teams. • Coordinate with the Project Controller and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the PET Line project. • Identify and validate improvement initiatives in accordance with OPEX/NCE guidelines. • Ensure strict compliance with Nestlé’s General Instructions (GIs), Technical Instructions (TIs), Manufacturing Instructions (MIs), and Financial Reporting Standards. • Conduct product benchmarking for similar products both internally and against market standards. • Facilitate Business Review Meetings with Plant and Business Teams, ensuring data-driven discussions. • Deliver accurate actual cost reporting, including variances, non-quality costs, and realized savings.
