Employer’s Edge is looking for a Senior Video Producer & Motion Designer to lead our creative video projects from concept to final cut. This is your chance to take charge of compelling content creation for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and donor-focused visual campaigns—all while mentoring upcoming talent and shaping a vibrant visual identity. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Video Creation & Animation • Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality videos and animations. • Deliver creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and fundraising efforts. Project Leadership & Coordination • Collaborate with content strategists and design teams to bring stories to life. • Manage a shared asset library and ensure efficient workflows across teams. Training & Support • Mentor junior editors and support the development of reusable motion templates. • Maintain brand consistency across all visual content. Agile Production • Deliver content quickly without compromising quality. • Maintain structured backup systems and an edit-ready file workflow. ________________________________________ What You’ll Bring Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics. Tech Proficiency • Expert-level skills in: o Adobe Premiere Pro o After Effects o Blender or Cinema 4D o DaVinci Resolve • Familiar with design assets from Envato, Motion Array, and Adobe Creative Suite. Creative Excellence • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, animation, VFX, and sound design. • Skilled in 2D and 3D animation, color grading, and post-production. • Experience managing live shoots and handling professional video equipment.
