Job Type: Full-time Location: In-person Salary: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month (based on performance) ________________________________________ Eligibility Criteria: • Graduate from an HEC-recognized university • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing • Demonstrated leadership ability • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with strong work ethics ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Visit public and private schools within the designated area to promote and market the company's books and educational materials • Gather and maintain data from schools in the area of operations • Prepare and submit daily reports to the immediate supervisor • Achieve the assigned annual marketing and sales targets • Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and HR policies ________________________________________ Benefits: • Competitive starting salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000 • Performance-based salary revisions • Travel and daily allowances (TADA) will be provided separately
