Amazon Account Manager – Ecomfine

Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month Work Location: In-Person ________________________________________ Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Amazon Virtual Assistant with experience in Shopify store management. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in product research, sourcing, compliance management, and Amazon Seller Central operations. Additionally, they should be capable of managing and maintaining a Shopify store, including front-end updates and performance tracking. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Amazon Operations: • Conduct in-depth product research and profitability analysis using tools like Helium 10 • Source products, negotiate with suppliers, and request quotes from freight forwarders • Manage product compliance, prepare documentation, and handle brand/restricted category approvals • Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing, account, or shipment issues • Maintain and update listings on Amazon Seller Central • Track product performance and generate reports for decision-making • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory restocking, pricing strategies, and product launches • Ensure account health remains in good standing Shopify Management: • Manage and maintain Shopify store including design, content, and layout updates • Implement basic front-end changes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing store assets • Monitor store performance using analytics tools and implement conversion improvements • Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure inventory is synchronized ________________________________________ Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central operations and policy compliance • Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Google Sheets, and freight quote evaluation • Experience with handling restricted categories and obtaining necessary approvals • Minimum 1 year of experience in Shopify store management • Basic coding knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently • Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce analytics is a plus
