Monitoring Officer (Female) – Dar-e-Arqam Schools

Location: South Punjab (Khanewal, Multan) Job Type: Full-Time | Contract Salary Range: Rs. 45,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month Work Mode: In-Person We are seeking a dedicated and competent female professional for a school management position, preferably a resident of Khanewal or Multan. This role includes travel to nearby areas/cities including Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan. All travel-related arrangements and expenses will be fully covered by the head office. Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in school administration or academic management Key Requirements: The ideal candidate must be: Proficient in English and Urdu (spoken and written), with strong skills in drafting, report writing, and communication Skilled in basic computer operations, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel A versatile and critical thinker with strong analytical abilities Well-organized with effective time management and interpersonal skills Familiar with curriculum standards and educational frameworks Note: This position involves field visits. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed.
