Quality Assurance Officer - Kabirwala – Nestlé Pakistan

Qualification: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology or Dairy Technology. Minimum requirement is D.A.E. (Food Technology) or equivalent. Experience: 3–5 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in the food or dairy industry. ________________________________________ Position Overview We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to ensure quality assurance in field operations, support regional finance and control activities, and implement Nestlé's Quality and Food Safety Management System at the regional level. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Quality System Implementation • Deploy the quality system across all field operations. • Maintain proper documentation and records as per the established control procedures. Good Laboratory Practices • Conduct testing procedures in line with Nestlé and WBI standards. • Ensure all laboratory equipment is well-maintained and operational. Training & Development • Train and coach teams involved in milk procurement to align with the Quality Management System (QMS) and fresh milk quality standards. Milk Handling • Manage milk receiving and dispatching in accordance with Nestlé Quality Norms. • Analyze milk quality as per QMS protocols and fresh milk standards. Loss/Gain Monitoring • Record and report purchase vs. dispatch discrepancies to RASM and AASM. • Manage and control dispatch vs. intake variance. • Take proactive steps to minimize rejections and product loss. Calibration & Standardization • Calibrate and document all glassware and milk-handling tools. • Ensure purity and specific gravity checks of chemicals before field use.
