This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with early-stage experience in the banking sector to build a meaningful career in financial services and portfolio management. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential delinquencies for timely follow-up. • Conduct field visits to assess customers' repayment capacity and mitigate default risks. • Collaborate with branch managers and credit officers to achieve recovery targets. • Engage directly with customers through calls and visits to encourage prompt repayments. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and recovery actions. • Ensure all activities comply with internal banking policies and regulatory requirements. • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and financial data. • Adhere to guidelines issued by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and other regulatory bodies. ________________________________________ Candidate Requirements • Positions Available: 50+ across 30+ cities in Pakistan • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline • Experience: Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the banking or microfinance sector ________________________________________ Key Skills • Strong knowledge of MIS and loan portfolio management • Understanding of recovery processes and compliance protocols • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic banking software • Effective communication and negotiation skills • Ability to manage relationships with clients and local stakeholders • Awareness of the financial services market landscape ________________________________________ What We Offer • Competitive salary package with performance-based commissions and bonuses • Opportunity to work with one of the growing names in the banking and financial services industry • Structured career growth and professional development opportunities • Exposure to a large and diverse client base in the financial sector
