Team Leader – Operations (Kabirwala Factory) | Nestlé Pakistan – Nestlé Pakistan

Location: Kabirwala Category: Upper Management / Consulting Position Overview: Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a Team Leader – Operations to manage efficient inbound and outbound activities at our Distribution Center and Raw & Packaging (R&P) Materials Warehousing operations at the Kabirwala Factory. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Optimize labor and staff deployment during shifts ✅ Coordinate with transport teams to ensure vehicle availability and operational efficiency ✅ Oversee First Expiry First Out (FEFO) compliance in loading/offloading of R&P materials ✅ Ensure timely supply of empty pallets to production and resolve any shortages ✅ Maintain accurate traceability of R&P materials and finished goods ✅ Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ✅ Implement Good Warehouse Practices and Nestlé Food Safety Management Systems ✅ Ensure safe, clean, and eco-friendly work conditions ✅ Take ownership of additional tasks beyond assigned responsibilities ✅ Monitor and maintain building integrity and initiate PTWs where necessary ✅ Coordinate timely lifting of rejected materials from suppliers ✅ Minimize product damage and warehouse losses ✅ Drive energy conservation initiatives ✅ Organize and manage official visits and meetings ✅ Launch Supplier-Facing Supply Chain (SFSC) projects for mutual value creation Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Distribution or Warehousing Operations within the supply chain Strong command of MS Office and SAP
