Assistant Manager Finance - FonGrow – Fauji Fresh n Freeze Limited

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 - PKR 150,000 per month ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities • Develop a standardized master template for cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting, in line with established company practices. • Accurately record cash receipts and payments, categorized by date, crop type, labor classification, labor count, acreage, and other pertinent details. • Conduct daily reconciliation of petty cash and operational funds maintained at the farm. • Verify supporting documents for all cash transactions, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained. • Work closely with the cashier and local teams to ensure comprehensive documentation, including hardcopy filing and proper archiving for audit and compliance purposes. • Maintain detailed records of crop harvesting and dispatch, documenting date-wise data, crop type, accepted quantity, rate, and by-products. • Ensure accurate inventory management by maintaining records of receipts and issuances, organized by date, item, and crop. • Proficiently operate accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems, with strong expertise in MS Excel. • Execute any additional tasks or ad-hoc reporting as assigned by line management and Head Office. ________________________________________ Candidate Requirements • CA or ACCA qualified, with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations within the agriculture or livestock sector. • Strong analytical, organizational, and financial reporting skills. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within diverse teams. • Immediate availability will be considered an advantage. ________________________________________
