The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) is a vital part of the Regional Operating Model, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. TSSs work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive regional sales targets, Franchise/Retail business growth, and the expansion of JazzCash & Postpaid services.
You will manage assigned franchises, engage retailers, and ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met while contributing to the overall development of the territory.
Understand Jazz’s values, products, business model, and market dynamics.
Conduct daily market visits for spot checks, retail audits, and stock monitoring.
Manage assigned franchise(s), ensuring consistent follow-ups and visibility of daily reports to the Area Manager.
Build strong relationships with franchise owners and retailers, ensuring smooth business operations.
Drive Retail & Distribution network development by engaging franchise staff and delivery officers (DOs).
Ensure key operational metrics:
BVS Activation & EVC (Agent-to-Agent servicing)
Market float management (2–3 days)
DO service levels (50% daily)
Recharge performance (less than 5% non-performers)
Achieve sales and service KPIs:
Recharge, Gross Ads (Prepaid & Postpaid)
JazzCash (Direct Remittance, Cash-In, M-Wallet)
MBB (Data Devices)
Active Retail Base (EVC, BVS devices, JazzCash)
Plan and execute BTL activities with retailers to boost sales and engagement.
Optimize trade marketing usage for maximum effectiveness.
Expand channel footprint and improve KPIs such as retailer servicing, minimum balance, and voice/JazzCash performance.
Maintain territory integrity and infringement control.
Introduce innovative ideas and processes to enhance team and franchise performance.
Motivate and counsel stakeholders on the profitability model and operational best practices.
Professionals with proven experience in sales management and channel development.
Individuals who have successfully executed end-to-end projects, from planning to rollout and feedback.
Self-driven team players capable of working remotely and under supervision.
Goal-oriented individuals who can achieve monthly KPIs, including JazzCash Wallet activation, Prepaid & Postpaid sales, remittances, cash-in, and MNP.
