Salary Range: ₨450,000 – ₨550,000 per year

Job Description

The Area Education Manager (AEM) will play a key leadership role in overseeing academic excellence, school operations, and principal development within the Khanewal District. This position is focused on ensuring high-quality education standards, efficient management, and community engagement to drive continuous improvement across TCF schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and guidance to school Principals and staff.

• Enhance SSR (Student Strength Ratio) and improve fee collection systems.

• Manage daily fleet operations and oversee administrative activities.

• Maintain and analyze academic performance data to develop actionable insights.

• Build strong relationships with local communities, parents, and other stakeholders.

• Foster collaboration between Principals and create a supportive working environment.

• Train and mentor school Principals to improve leadership skills and academic quality.

• Develop strategies for overall area improvement and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on academic development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office, internet research, and data management tools.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
