Job Description

Nestlé, a global leader in the FMCG industry, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Manager Talent to join its team at the Kabirwala Factory. This role is ideal for HR professionals with a strong background in talent acquisition, learning and development, and succession planning.


Position Overview

The Assistant Manager Talent will be responsible for driving Nestlé’s People Strategy, ensuring the growth, engagement, and retention of top talent. You will play a key role in recruitment, coaching, leadership development, and executing Education & Training (E&T) Master Plans to build a sustainable competitive advantage for the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Align and implement people strategies to enhance employee contributions for both short and long-term business objectives.

  • Support Nestlé initiatives, including Leadership Principles and Organizational Development programs, fostering a culture of empowerment and inclusion.

  • Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning at the factory level.

  • Design and execute training and coaching programs to improve leadership capabilities and strengthen functional teams.

  • Drive the recruitment process, ensuring strong talent acquisition practices and promoting Nestlé as an employer of choice through multiple sourcing channels.

  • Collaborate with corporate talent teams to shape a high-performing workplace culture.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters (preferably in Business Administration, HR Management, or Organizational Psychology) from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in talent management, organizational development, learning & development, or HR business partnering.

  • Strong adaptability to changing market trends with proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to engage employees by promoting Nestlé’s culture, values, career growth opportunities, and employee benefits.

  • Exposure to matrix-structured organizations with multiple divisions or categories.

  • FMCG industry experience is a strong plus.
