Grid Manager – Zong | Khanewal, Pakistan – Zong (CMPak Ltd.)

Job Overview:
Zong Pakistan is seeking a dynamic Grid Manager in Khanewal to drive sales growth, expand mobile broadband coverage, enhance trade visibility, and strengthen channel development. This role focuses on increasing revenue through 3G/4G sales, handset distribution, and effective team management while ensuring excellent customer service across the grid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth via 3G & 4G sales, handset distribution, and channel expansion.

• Ensure high-quality gross adds, SIM activation, mobile load (ML), VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, and postpaid connections.

• Manage franchisee stock, timely purchase orders, and sales forecasts.

• Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI) and oversee complaint resolution.

• Plan and execute trade marketing activities including BTL promotions, market splash events, and special events.

• Identify untapped areas for retail penetration and sales coverage.

• Train staff and retailers on products, SOPs, and sales strategies.

• Oversee merchandising and POS material availability at retail outlets.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Head for localized promotions and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the telecom sector.

• Strong knowledge of mobile broadband (3G/4G) and handset sales.

• Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams and channel partners.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in sales forecasting, route planning, and customer service management.
