Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is hiring a Relationship Officer – Asset Sales for its Mian Channu branch. This is a full-time position designed for individuals passionate about microfinance, banking sales, and customer relationship management.

As a Relationship Officer, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored banking solutions. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the growth of MMBL’s banking services.

Key Responsibilities of a Relationship Officer – Asset Sales

Execute sales and service plans to achieve branch growth and targets.
Build strong customer relationships and sell banking products per MMBL SOPs.
Achieve sales goals ethically, avoiding non-genuine lending.
Promote loans, financial products, and services to increase branch profitability.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and sales strategies.
Evaluate customer profiles using the five C’s of credit (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions).
Ensure timely loan repayment and proactive loan collection.
Maintain compliance in handling customer legal documents and bank policies.
Prepare weekly field activity plans and attend monthly/quarterly customer meetings.
Report fraudulent activity or potential financial losses to management.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain zero complaints.
Continuously update knowledge of banking products, microfinance, and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).
0-1 year of experience in banking, microfinance, or sales.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
