Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of motor starters, VFDs, MCC panels, transformers, and LT/HT panels.

• Diagnose and repair PLC and control system faults to ensure continuous production.

• Design, develop, and program control systems and PID controllers.

• Work with PLC systems (preferably SIMATIC S7) and ensure system optimization.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and performance evaluations.

• Maintain strict compliance with industrial safety standards, electrical codes, and company SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BSc Electrical Engineering, DAE, or B-Tech (Electrical).

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of practical experience in industrial electrical maintenance and automation.

• Strong expertise in PLC programming, electrical design, and power systems.

• Proficient understanding of PID controllers, automation languages, and control design.

• Excellent documentation and technical evaluation skills.
