Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch and individual targets.

• Promote and sell loan and asset products to potential and existing clients.

• Negotiate and finalize loan deals within approved guidelines.

• Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (MBA preferred).

• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, banking, or microfinance are encouraged to apply.
