Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is looking for a Field Collection Officer in Mian Channu to manage and recover Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and written-off portfolios. The role requires proactive field engagement with customers to ensure timely recovery, compliance with SBP’s Fair Debt Collection Guidelines, and adherence to Mobilink MFB’s internal policies.

This position plays a key role in maintaining portfolio quality, reducing NPL ratios, and ensuring excellent customer handling during recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collection & Recovery Management

• Conduct regular field visits to delinquent customers and achieve assigned recovery targets.

• Execute recovery actions on pre-charged off, charged-off, and written-off accounts.

• Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on Promised to Pay (PTP) commitments.

• Provide daily visit and collection reports to the line manager.

• Maintain compliance with SBP’s Fair Debt Collection Guidelines and the bank’s ethical recovery standards.

2. Portfolio Management

• Deliver recovery letters and notices to defaulting clients on time.

• Monitor portfolio performance through desk and field reviews.

• Ensure all recovery activities align with assigned collection metrics and timelines.

3. Compliance & Controls

• Stay updated on consumer protection laws and debt collection regulations.

• Minimize legal and reputational risks through responsible recovery practices.

• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and policy compliance.

4. Additional Duties

• Perform any other collection or field-related assignments as directed by the bank.
