Position Overview:

As a Production Planner at Nestlé’s Kabirwala Factory, you’ll be responsible for developing short-term, capacity-constrained production plans that ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role involves close coordination with production, supply chain, and procurement teams to maintain the seamless flow of materials and optimize plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop feasible and realistic production plans based on available capacity, labor, and materials.

• Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials to meet production schedules.

• Identify and address potential issues such as plant shutdowns or promotional activity impacts.

• Optimize replenishment plans for all materials within agreed cost boundaries.

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time material delivery.

• Define and implement stock management policies for all SKUs in your portfolio.

• Engage suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives that create mutual value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Distribution Operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (MH Modules).

• Strong initiative with a proven record of successful project execution.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
