About the Role

Interloop Holdings Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager Operations / Maintenance (Transportation) to lead its inland logistics and fleet management operations in Khanewal. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fleet maintenance, logistics, and transportation management, ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inland fleet operations including routing, dispatch, and driver supervision.

• Manage preventive and routine maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and optimize fleet life.

• Supervise fueling operations, enforce anti-pilferage measures, and track fuel consumption.

• Lead workshop activities, ensuring timely job completion, cost approvals, and audit compliance.

• Oversee procurement of spare parts, lubricants, tools, and other operational materials.

• Collaborate with finance and insurance teams for budgeting, claims, and expense monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and operational SOPs.

• Monitor and analyze fleet KPIs to enhance reliability and performance.

• Drive team development through training, accountability, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Supply Chain or Sales preferred)

• Experience: 6–8 years in Commercial, Key Accounts, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation

• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and workshop operations

• Experience in procurement, vendor, and contract management

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Sound understanding of fuel management and cost optimization techniques
