Job Overview

Chughtai Healthcare is looking for a qualified and customer-focused Front Desk Officer / Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team across multiple cities in Pakistan. This position combines administrative front-desk responsibilities with skilled phlebotomy services, ensuring every patient receives professional, compassionate, and efficient care.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in patient management systems and sample collection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients courteously upon arrival and guide them through registration or lab procedures.

• Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Perform blood sample collection following standard phlebotomy procedures and safety protocols.

• Maintain and update accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.

• Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures, test details, and post-collection care.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers for timely lab test processing and results delivery.

• Manage and monitor inventory of phlebotomy and front-desk supplies.

• Analyze patient feedback and assist in improving overall service quality.

• Support implementation of healthcare policies and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Education: F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or 2-Year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (hospital, diagnostic center, or laboratory).
