Whitecollars, a rapidly expanding e-commerce company, is seeking an E-commerce Data Analyst to support our Shopify operations and digital marketing campaigns. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making, Shopify analytics, and marketing performance tracking, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced online business environment.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from Shopify, Pinterest, and other marketing platforms.
Prepare weekly performance reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Monitor campaign performance, providing insights to optimize ROI, AOV, and conversion metrics.
Conduct A/B testing and evaluate product or marketing experiments to refine strategies.
Perform competitive market analysis and benchmark against industry trends.
Create and maintain data dashboards, charts, and automation tools for streamlined reporting.
Present findings and actionable insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2–3 years of proven experience in data analysis, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas).
Working knowledge of Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing data tools.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Experience analyzing data for high-traffic e-commerce websites or large product catalogs.
Ability to automate reports or build data dashboards.
Comfortable working with remote teams through collaboration tools like Upwork chat.
