As a Zonal Sales Manager (Khanewal), you will be responsible for leading sales operations within your assigned zone, driving revenue growth, and guiding a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to achieve organizational targets.
Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to translate regional targets into actionable zonal plans.
Monitor and report on sales performance, budgets, and target achievements for your zone.
Work with Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance route-to-market strategies.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Assess distributor performance and expand NFL’s reach in underserved markets using market insights.
Participate in pricing and contract negotiations with distributors, ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
Review sales trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to support decision-making.
Lead, train, and motivate the Territory Sales team for high performance and adherence to company policies.
Provide regular performance feedback, manage underperformance, and develop team capabilities.
Prepare and submit periodic management reports on zonal sales and performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial planning and forecasting
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Sound understanding of product knowledge and market dynamics
Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales management experience, preferably in FMCG
