Production Planner – Kabirwala Factory – Nestlé Pakistan

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering

As a Production Planner, you will develop short-term, capacity-constrained production plans that ensure availability of materials, efficient use of resources, and timely execution within cost boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop feasible production plans within the DPS period, considering capacity, labor, and material availability.

• Identify and address practical issues related to plant shutdowns and promotional activities.

• Create optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials.

• Coordinate material delivery directly with assigned suppliers.

• Define stock management policies for each SKU.

• Monitor and resolve issues related to material supply and demand.

• Work closely with suppliers on supply chain improvement initiatives that deliver shared value.

What Makes You Successful?

• MBA / BE with 2–3 years of experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.

• Strong command of MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.

• Proven initiative-taking with successful project execution.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
