Role Overview

As a Customer Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers—handling queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience. Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training and professional grooming under MCB’s structured CSO Batch Program.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution

• Final-year students: Candidates awaiting their final transcript may also apply

• Experience: Fresh graduates encouraged; relevant experience is a plus
