Field Collection Officer – Mian Channu – Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Job Summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is looking for a Field Collection & Default Officer responsible for achieving recovery targets on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and written-off portfolios. The role includes recovering pre–charged-off accounts, conducting field visits, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely field visits to delinquent customers and ensure effective follow-ups.

• Achieve collection and recovery targets in line with SBP Fair Debt Collection Guidelines.

• Provide daily updates on visited accounts and reduce NPL provisions.

• Manage customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections and recovery.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel and work under pressure.
