Recovery / Collection Officer - Multiple Cities – Hillcrest Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd.

Hillcrest Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring Recovery / Collection Officers across Pakistan. The role requires proactive follow-up, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage and recover outstanding loan portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor loan repayment portfolios and identify early signs of delinquency.

• Conduct field visits to evaluate customer repayment capacity.

• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Credit/Loan Officers to ensure timely recoveries.

• Engage customers via calls and field visits to encourage on-time payments.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

• Adhere to SBP regulations and company recovery policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Positions: 50+ openings in 30+ cities

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or related fields

• Experience: Fresh to 1 year (banking or microfinance experience preferred)

Required Skills

• Understanding of MIS reporting, portfolio management, and recovery strategies

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic banking systems

• Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion abilities

• Market awareness and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of recovery audits, bank reconciliations, and debt collection processes
