Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR & Recruitment Officer to join our Multan office. This full-time, on-site role involves managing HR operations, developing policies, administering employee benefits, and handling recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and personnel management

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Administer employee benefits and maintain records

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Support team development and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee benefits

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with recruitment strategies and HR best practices

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Previous HR or recruitment experience is a plus
