Salary: Rs 55,000 – Rs 65,000 / month

About the Role:

Rewise Consultancy Pvt. LTD is seeking a Field Inspector to monitor and supervise bus operations on designated routes. You will ensure timely services, adherence to schedules, staff discipline, passenger safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of bus routes, stops, and terminals.

• Monitor driver and conductor punctuality, uniforms, and conduct.

• Ensure smooth passenger boarding, crowd management, and fare compliance.

• Perform random ticket checks to prevent revenue loss.

• Inspect vehicle condition and report maintenance needs.

• Maintain detailed reports, logs, and daily inspection summaries.

• Respond to incidents, accidents, or operational issues on the field.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential: 10+2 (Higher Secondary), 2–3 years in field transport operations.

• Desirable: Diploma in Transport Management/Traffic Operations or Logistics; experience with public transport authorities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of city routes, bus operations, and scheduling.

• Strong observational and reporting skills.

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently in outdoor and rotational shift conditions.

Work Conditions:

• Field-based role requiring frequent travel along assigned routes.

• Rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Must respond to emergencies or peak-hour operations.

• Number of inspections per shift

• Accuracy and timeliness of reports

• Reduction in schedule deviations and complaints

• Prevention of revenue loss and staff indiscipline

• Contribution to overall service quality
