This role requires strong market analysis skills, sales leadership, and the ability to grow distribution and market share through strategic planning and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area business plans to achieve shipment, in-market, and secondary sales targets.

• Implement PMI’s distribution strategy and ensure required infrastructure, coverage, hit rate, and call frequency KPIs.

• Mentor and develop DSRs and distributors for effective ICM implementation.

• Build strong trade relationships to capture growth opportunities and ensure flawless execution of the Area Business Plan.

• Lead and monitor trade loyalty programs, monthly targets, and compliance.

• Identify high-potential POS and wholesalers; support RSM in negotiations.

• Supervise 3rd-party merchandising teams and ensure proper maintenance of POS materials.

• Ensure distributor compliance with PMPKL policies, workload standards, and PMI’s Code of Conduct.

• Collect and update relevant market insights, retail dynamics, and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

• Minimum BBA from a recognized institution.

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in field operations.
