Job Description

• Develop bankable financial models for PPP projects to support financial proposals and management decision-making.

• Assist in negotiating commercial terms of concession agreements and transaction structures with government bodies such as NHA, P3A, PKHA, P4A, and PPPU.

• Support negotiations and finalization of project finance term sheets, debt facility agreements, and related security documents with lenders.

• Provide financial compliance support to SPVCs and their respective CFOs in line with concession and financing agreements.

Qualification Requirements

• CFA Qualified, or

• MS Finance, MS Accounting, or an equivalent finance-related degree.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Financing / Financial Modeling.

• Strong background in Public Private Partnership (PPP) transactions.

Key Skills

• Strong proficiency in financial reporting.

• Expertise in Advanced Excel and financial modeling tools.

• Demonstrated experience in PPP-based project financing.
