Lead the Sustainability function, driving continuous improvement across Sustainability and EHS performance.
Implement PMI’s global sustainability strategy at the local level while ensuring alignment with policies, standards, and core values.
Build and manage annual plans, KPIs, communication programs, and training initiatives.
Develop a strong sustainability team through capability building and succession planning.
Establish and lead an internal governance board to assign responsibilities across management.
Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor legal changes and maintain proactive communication with regulatory authorities.
Oversee all regulatory reporting, audits, and corrective action plans.
Ensure resource planning and budgeting support sustainability and compliance goals.
Lead incident reporting, investigation, analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
Drive awareness about root causes to reduce risks and prevent reoccurrence.
Support Business Continuity Planning and emergency preparedness programs.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability KPIs.
Validate and analyze data to highlight achievements and improvement areas.
Communicate results clearly across internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate sharing of sustainability best practices across departments and with external partners.
Promote collaborative improvement and innovation within the sustainability ecosystem.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
Specialized EHS or Sustainability certifications preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sustainability/EHS experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and QMS.
Knowledge of international standards (ISO).
Proficient IT skills (MS Office).
Strong communication skills in Urdu & English.
