Job Description

Inverex EV is opening its new EV Car Dealership in Multan and is looking for an experienced Dealership Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and manage dealership staff. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and prior experience in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete dealership operations

• Manage sales, admin, and service teams

• Ensure smooth customer experience and after-sales support

• Monitor sales targets and develop improvement strategies

• Maintain coordination with Head Office

• Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of dealership or automotive management experience

• Strong communication & team leadership skills

• Knowledge of EV industry (preferred)

• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
