Meezan Bank is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support product development, performance monitoring, and process improvement for its card products. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic support to enhance product value and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
A qualification or certification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably in the banking sector—especially card-related products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Assist in developing product strategy, tracking performance, analyzing profitability, and suggesting improvements.
Support new product launches and enhancements by coordinating with Marketing, Operations, Risk, IT, and Compliance teams.
Contribute to business cases, pricing, and value proposition development while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
Drive process improvements, prepare management reports, and manage daily product-related customer issues and complaints.
