Job Overview

Meezan Bank is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support product development, performance monitoring, and process improvement for its card products. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and strategic support to enhance product value and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.

• A qualification or certification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably in the banking sector—especially card-related products.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing product strategy, tracking performance, analyzing profitability, and suggesting improvements.

• Support new product launches and enhancements by coordinating with Marketing, Operations, Risk, IT, and Compliance teams.

• Contribute to business cases, pricing, and value proposition development while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.

• Drive process improvements, prepare management reports, and manage daily product-related customer issues and complaints.
