Job Description

Grade Level: L1

Job Overview

Jazz is looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) to drive regional sales growth, strengthen franchise & retail channels, and support JazzCash and Postpaid business development. As part of the Regional Operating Model, the TSS works under the Area Sales Manager and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales and distribution objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Market & Franchise Management

  • Conduct daily market visits, retail audits, and spot checks for stock availability.

  • Manage assigned franchise(s) effectively and ensure accurate visibility of daily reports.

  • Strengthen franchise operations through consistent follow-ups and proactive management.

  • Build strong relationships with franchise owners, DOs, and retailers.

Sales & Distribution Execution

  • Ensure development of retail & distribution network through active engagement with franchise staff and DOs.

  • Focus on key enablers:

    • BVS Activation

    • EVC – Agent to Agent Serving

    • Market Float Management (2.3 days)

    • Recharge Sales (Jazz Load & Scratch Cards)

    • Retailer performance improvements (Non-performers <5%)

Target Achievement & KPIs

  • Achieve monthly KPIs including:

    • Recharge

    • Gross Ads (Prepaid & Postpaid)

    • JazzCash (DR, Cash-In, M-Wallet)

    • MBB Devices (Data & Wi-Fi Devices)

    • Active Retail Base (EVC, BVS, JazzCash)

  • Execute plans to boost sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid connections.

Marketing & Channel Development

  • Plan and execute BTL activities with retailers.

  • Ensure optimal use of Trade Marketing resources.

  • Improve channel footprint, retailer servicing, and territory integrity.

  • Contribute creative ideas and improvements for JazzCash & Voice KPI performance.

Team & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Motivate, guide, and counsel franchise and retail stakeholders.

  • Explain profitability models and channel development strategies.

  • Work proactively to bring forward innovative ideas and solutions.


Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering challenging field or sales projects.

  • Strong understanding of sales & distribution models, preferably in telecom or FMCG.

  • Ability to manage territory operations independently or under supervision.

  • Past experience achieving KPIs such as:

    • Wallet Activations

    • Prepaid & Postpaid Sales

    • Remittances

    • MNP, Cash-In, and Channel KPIs

  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in sales management and channel development is essential.
