Telenor Pakistan is hiring an experienced and energetic Area Sales Manager to lead indirect sales operations within the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving business growth through effective franchise management, optimizing market opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of sales KPIs.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets through franchise channel management.
Drive KPIs including:
Gross Adds – First Call Activation (FCA)
Primary & Secondary Recharge Revenue
Financial Services, Devices & Internet product KPIs
Location-based business KPIs
Strengthen business growth and improve market share.
Execute strategic initiatives supporting organizational goals.
Manage franchise partners, including onboarding of new business partners.
Ensure implementation of Telenor’s values and the Telenor Way of Work across the franchise network.
Communicate targets, track performance, and generate progress reports.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitiveness and gather insights.
Plan routes and set objectives for Retail Sales Officers (RSOs).
Oversee profitability and staffing at franchise level.
Lead training, motivation, and enablement sessions for franchise and retail staff.
Ensure complete and compliant franchise documentation as per PTA and company SOPs.
Improve retail-level performance, including minimum balance retailers and servicing quality.
Expand retail footprint to enhance product and service availability.
Monitor channel investments and ensure optimized utilization.
Maintain and improve sales quality across all product verticals.
Support enhancement projects and tasks assigned by the Line Manager to boost Sales & Distribution performance.

Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred)
Experience:
Experience in sales/distribution within a large network-based organization
Leadership/Team management experience preferred
