Oxbridge Digital is seeking a Registrar & Accreditation Coordinator to support the quality enhancement and accreditation processes of the institution. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing compliance reports, coordinating accreditation activities, and ensuring alignment with HEC and other regulatory bodies.
Assist the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) in ensuring Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) are prepared by all academic programs as per HEC guidelines and requirements.
Support the development and compilation of the University Portfolio Report (UPR).
Coordinate and facilitate audit visits by HEC, QAA, and other accreditation bodies.
Assist the University in meeting both programmatic and institutional accreditation standards at national and international levels.
Support the preparation, submission, and compliance of accreditation applications and related documentation.
Collect, compile, and organize all required data and reports needed for accreditation activities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in accreditation and quality assurance processes.
