Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officer – Asset Sales. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting financial products, and driving sustainable business growth through ethical practices and compliance.
As a Relationship Officer, you will be the primary face of the bank—understanding customer needs, offering personalized financial solutions, and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets.
Establish contact with potential customers and develop long-term relationships as per bank SOPs.
Achieve assigned sales targets through ethical and compliant practices.
Avoid non-genuine lending practices such as family loaning, activist lending, or adjustment lending.
Market bank products and develop strategies to maximize customer outreach.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospect evaluation.
Conduct proper credit evaluation using the Five C’s of Credit.
Act as a reliable contact point for customers, explaining product terms and conditions clearly.
Ensure timely loan repayments by maintaining effective communication and performing follow-ups.
Conduct physical verification of potential clients to ensure genuine prospects.
Hold monthly/quarterly customer meetings as per product guidelines.
Deliver high service standards to ensure zero customer complaints.
Conduct loan processing strictly according to bank policies, procedures, and ethics.
Safeguard customer legal documents with utmost care.
Direct customers to deposit repayments at the designated cash counters only.
Avoid handling cash during RO duties (except cases under field collection SOPs).
Prepare weekly field activity plans and track execution with the Line Manager.
Report any suspected fraud, policy breach, or risk to Line Manager/HOD.
Follow all internal controls, SBP regulations, and MMBL SOPs to protect the bank’s reputation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).
Experience: 0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
