Zong Pakistan is looking for an Assistant Manager Channel Development to support the Manager Channel in crafting regional channel strategies, preparing business plans, strengthening sales frameworks, and performing detailed data analysis to drive growth.
Assist Manager Channel Planning in developing regional channel strategies and business plans.
Support in building strong sales plans and performing in-depth data analysis.
Contribute to channel need identification, capability development, and strategic alignment with Zong’s business objectives.
Help design KPIs for sales teams and assist in target setting for ZONG products for Channel Partners.
Facilitate monthly commission activities, including calculation, analysis, optimization, and disbursement.
Review franchise commission policies in line with industry standards and Zong’s internal guidelines.
Monitor Channel Partner activities to ensure complete compliance with company SOPs.
Conduct need analysis and help establish alternate channels to boost regional sales.
Participate in designing and executing channel promotions and support end-to-end channel operations.
Contribute to system automation and development initiatives.
Conduct independent market intelligence to evaluate performance across all sales channels.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Management.
Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
