Job Overview

The Relationship Officer – Asset Sales at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers and supporting them in achieving their financial goals. As a key point of contact, the Relationship Officer guides clients through bank products, assists in account opening, offers tailored solutions, and ensures an excellent banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to meet branch growth targets in coordination with BM/RM.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to promote bank products as per SOPs.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring ethical practices and compliance with all regulations.

• Ensure genuine sales by avoiding family loaning, activist-based lending, or adjustment lending.

• Increase branch portfolio through quality loan sales and customer base expansion.

• Promote bank products and contribute to marketing strategy development.

• Assess business opportunities and evaluate industry position to identify prospects.

• Conduct customer profiling using the Five C’s of Credit for credit evaluation.

• Clearly communicate product terms and conditions to customers.

• Perform physical verification of prospective clients to ensure authenticity.

• Ensure timely loan recovery by maintaining active communication with clients.

• Handle customer legal documents with utmost care to avoid any misuse.

• Guide clients for repayments strictly through the bank’s cash counters.

• Avoid cash handling during RO duties except under proper compliance during field collections.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and review deviations with Line Manager.

• Ensure monthly/quarterly customer meetings as per product guidelines.

• Conduct loan booking strictly in line with bank policies, procedures, and ethics.

• Continuously improve product knowledge and share feedback for service enhancements.

• Conduct market research to explore new areas and evaluate existing markets.

• Meet internal service standards and ensure zero customer complaints as per FTC policy.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for sustained business.

• Report any suspicious or fraudulent cases to Line Manager/HOD immediately.

• Ensure full compliance with bank SOPs, SBP regulations, and internal controls to safeguard bank reputation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of related experience may apply.
