Zong Pakistan is seeking a Regional Head Sales & Service to lead the onboarding, growth, and retention of accounts in the Rahim Yar Khan region. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding portfolio adoption (Cloud, DICT/Solutions, Mobility, Fixed/Connectivity), and ensuring a superior post-sales experience. The position acts as the primary commercial representative for customers and a key execution leader in the field.
Deliver quarterly/annual revenue, gross margin, and new account targets.
Expand business within existing named accounts.
Develop and implement a regional industry-wise sales plan with measurable goals and weekly performance reviews.
Achieve portfolio mix targets through attach and cross-sell strategies across Cloud, DICT, Mobility, and Fixed solutions.
Work with IGPD to enforce accurate account and industry tagging.
Identify and close white-space opportunities within the region.
Keep account plans updated with stakeholders, buying centers, risks, and customer references.
Maintain strong pipeline coverage through daily prospecting activities.
Lead weekly deal reviews focused on pipeline velocity, conversion ratio, and win-rate improvement.
Lead detailed discovery sessions covering business, technical, and commercial requirements.
Position comprehensive end-to-end solutions (Cloud + Network + DICT).
Coordinate with Solutions & Delivery Center for architecture review, demos/PoCs, SoW details, and proposal refinement.
Co-sell with CSPs, SIs, and ISPs where applicable.
Align joint account plans with Cloud Business & Partnerships teams.
Utilize partner-generated leads for business expansion.
Capture and report insights on wins/losses, competitor activity, pricing signals, and customer needs.
Provide structured feedback to IGPD, Product, DICT, and Cloud teams to improve offerings and strategies.
Ensure timely bill payments and collections.
Resolve disputes in coordination with Credit and Contracts teams.
Drive customer experience excellence through collaboration with Delivery and Service Assurance teams, including escalation and issue closure.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with a strong Sales & Services background will be preferred.
3–4 years of relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or related fields.
Experience in ICT solution designing and Cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
