Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily transaction records based on the central database (Google Sheets).

• Perform daily trip cost calculations and profit analysis.

• Update trip details in Climax to generate trip numbers and system-based P&L.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable for both customers and vendors.

• Reconcile PODs (Proof of Delivery) as a second verification step before invoice printing.

• Generate invoices, apply GST/WHT deductions, and ensure tax compliance.

• Reconcile ledgers and prepare monthly financial analysis reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
