Territorial & Business Responsibilities

Identify portfolio gaps for major field crops and vegetables and propose solutions.

Maintain strong liaison with the R&D team to stay updated on Syngenta’s new developments.

Manage pre-launch demonstrations in coordination with sales and commercial teams.
-
Organize and execute pre-launch field days at demonstration sites.
-
Work closely with R&D colleagues to obtain technical support when needed.
-
Develop and execute plans agreed with the line manager.
-
Bring innovative technical ideas to support commercial teams.
-
Utilize modern tools and technologies to present findings to customers.
-
Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in agriculture.
-
Build strong connections with research institutes and academia to gather firsthand insights.
-
Engage with farmers to understand challenges and recommend sustainable and technical solutions.

Identify key agricultural challenges in Pakistan and collaborate on potential innovations.
-
Develop a Learning and Development Center focused on crop programs and NPI awareness.
Required Knowledge & Education
-
Strong techno-commercial background.
-
Master’s degree preferred in Entomology, Pathology, or Agronomy.
-
Updated and practical knowledge of Pakistan’s major crops.
-
Understanding of key pests, insects, and crop diseases.
-
Experience in farm management.
Required Experience & Skills
-
Strong understanding of crops, pests, and pesticide usage.
-
Experience in application techniques, trial layout, pest identification, digital data capturing, and reporting.
-
Ability to train teams and stakeholders effectively.
