Role Purpose

As Territory Manager, you will own the sales, distribution, and trade performance of your assigned area. You will guide distributors, strengthen retail presence, enhance visibility, and drive the KPIs that fuel Unilever’s market leadership.


Key Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales and volume targets
• Strengthen competitive visibility and brand presence in stores
• Align and execute distributor and customer operational plans
• Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key customers
• Build optimized routes and ensure effective eRTM operations
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the territory
• Manage profitability, gross margins, and key financial drivers
• Lead and develop DSRs and distributor teams
• Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent business performance
• Conduct post-execution analysis and improve processes


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG
• Strong understanding of business and financial metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Power BI
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to plan, execute, and spend productive time in the market
• Updated knowledge of competitive landscape
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and action-orientation
