National Foods Limited is on a journey of continuous growth and global excellence. We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead assigned territories by supervising distributors and order bookers, ensuring achievement of sales targets and successful execution of sales strategies.
Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories.
Assign targets to order bookers and ensure effective coverage at all outlets.
Prepare day-wise reports for territories and categories for KPI achievement.
Monitor order bookers daily to ensure they meet product knowledge and performance standards.
Conduct market visits to ensure strong distribution, productivity, and understanding of market dynamics.
Execute trade marketing activities across all assigned outlets.
Plan and execute sales efforts by monitoring PJP and RTM strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors for long-term business value.
Manage budgets and forecast sales based on category/territory requirements.
Optimize sales performance while reducing costs and improving revenue management.
