The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing assigned territories, managing distributors and order bookers, executing sales strategies, and achieving defined sales targets.
Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
Set daily targets for order bookers based on area coverage to ensure maximum outlet reach.
Prepare and share sales performance reports to analyze KPIs and target achievement.
Supervise order bookers, monitor their daily performance, and ensure product knowledge and resource availability.
Conduct regular market visits to review coverage, productivity, customer behavior, and market trends.
Ensure implementation of trade marketing activities according to approved plans.
Design and optimize PJPs based on territory understanding and RTM models.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned distributors to achieve mutual business objectives.
Manage budgets efficiently, forecast territory-wise sales, and make decisions that maximize revenue and reduce operational costs.

Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s degree).
