Pakistan Home Care is a €132m business, leading the market with brands such as Surf Excel, Sunlight, Rin, Comfort, Vim, and Domex. Since 2024, Home Care has transformed its strategy to accelerate volume growth through innovation and disruptive in-market execution.
The Senior Brand Manager will drive consumer demand, brand equity, and long-term growth across Sunlight and H&H (especially Vim). This includes leading strategy, innovations, digital engagements, communication development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong business results.
Convert BU strategies into comprehensive brand marketing plans and ensure flawless execution.
Lead all demand creation activities including advertising, consumer engagement, D2C initiatives, and innovation rollouts.
Drive insights, analytics, content creation, experiential events, and partnerships across the portfolio.
Build market capabilities in social-first marketing and ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.
Collaborate with DMC and CSP teams to amplify brand messaging and optimize visibility in retail and digital environments.
Lead the digital marketing agenda ensuring impactful and seamless consumer experiences.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Brand Manager (category experience preferred).
Strong marketing expertise with emphasis on digital-first and demand-generation strategies.
Proven success in developing integrated marketing plans and delivering measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital channels: social media, influencer partnerships, SEO, and paid media.
Ability to lead, inspire, and grow high-performing teams.
Experience collaborating across customer development, product development, finance, and creative agencies.
Strong financial and budget management skills.
Passion for consumer insights, market dynamics, and brand-building excellence.
