Senior CCTV Operator – Vital Petroleum Private Limited

About the Role:
Vital Petroleum is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior CCTV Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our CCTV operations to ensure smooth logistics, safety, and operational efficiency across all facilities. This is a key position that contributes to the security and operational excellence of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and record activities across various locations.

• Analyze footage to identify operational issues, safety concerns, or unusual activities.

• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports and present actionable insights to senior management.

• Train, guide, and supervise the CCTV team to maintain high performance and adherence to protocols.

• Ensure all CCTV equipment is properly maintained and operational at all times.

• Collaborate with other departments to support operational security and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in CCTV operations, preferably with a reputable Oil Marketing Company (OMC).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Familiarity with CCTV software and security protocols.
